WithLove.Family is an online service that lets you create messages for the people you love – emails, videos, audio notes or letters – and have them delivered automatically at a future time. You can use it both to leave words of love, memories and guidance “for after you are gone” and to schedule birthday wishes and messages for important dates, so you can be present even when life gets busy.
WithLove.Family is designed for anyone who wants to take care of their loved ones over time: parents who want to leave a message for their children, partners who want to make sure they stay present even if something unexpected happens, people facing illness, and also anyone who simply wants a smart way to organize greetings and special occasions. You do not need to be in an extreme situation: many users see it as a responsible and loving gesture.
First you create your account and access a secure private area. Then you write your messages, choose one or more recipients for each message and decide when they should be sent: on a specific date, such as a birthday, and or only if the system can no longer reach you. Finally, you set how often you want to receive “are you still with us” checks. As long as you respond, the “after me” messages remain safely stored and are not delivered.
"After me" messages are meant to be delivered when the system does not receive any response to the checks for a continuous period that you define. They do not certify any event, they simply act when you are no longer reachable. Scheduled messages for birthdays and other occasions are sent automatically on the date you choose, regardless of the checks – for example every year on your child’s birthday or on a special anniversary.
For "after me" messages, delivery happens only if you do not respond to verification messages for longer than the time window you have set. For messages scheduled on a specific date, delivery takes place automatically on that day and time, without you needing to do anything. In both cases, the service uses the contact channels you selected, such as email or other supported methods.
You can create several types of content: text emails for detailed explanations, video messages so the recipient can see and hear you, audio messages for more spontaneous words, and, depending on your plan, even printed letters delivered physically. Each message can be customized in tone, length and content according to the person who will receive it.
Yes. The whole idea is that you can manage many messages for many recipients, each with its own content and delivery rules. With the Basic plan you can create one message for one recipient. With Premium plans you can create many more messages and assign them freely to the people you choose.
Yes, the Basic plan is free and is intended to remain free. It includes one message for one recipient, delivery by email and access to your private area, where you can review and edit your message whenever you like. No credit card is required: it is the easiest way to try the service and see if it fits your needs.
Premium plans are for people who want to use WithLove.Family on an ongoing basis and for multiple recipients. The yearly Premium plan gives you, for one year, access to a much larger number of messages and recipients, advanced features and priority support. The Lifetime plan is a one time purchase that lets you use the service for life, keeping the Premium benefits without recurring renewals.
No. You can create an account and use the Basic plan without adding any payment method. You will be able to explore the interface, write your first message and understand how the system works. A credit card or other payment option is required only if you decide to upgrade to a Premium plan.
Messages are stored on secure servers protected by technical and organizational measures designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Content is handled confidentially and is only accessed through the normal delivery mechanisms. Technical staff may intervene only in exceptional cases and strictly for security or maintenance reasons, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Messages are stored digitally within the cloud infrastructure used by WithLove.Family. They remain stored as long as your account is active and you do not delete them. If you request account closure, associated data is progressively deleted or anonymized, except for any information that must be retained by law for administrative or tax reasons.
You can choose how often the system should contact you, for example once a month or every few weeks. You will receive a short check in message and you only need to confirm that you are present. If you do not respond for longer than the time window you configured, the system assumes that you are no longer reachable and starts delivering the messages that you marked as "after me".
If you expect to be unreachable for some time, you can set a less frequent check schedule or temporarily update your contact methods. Since the system relies only on lack of response, it is important to choose settings that match your lifestyle. If you travel often, using less frequent checks can be a safer option.
WithLove.Family uses professional infrastructure to send messages, but delivery cannot be guaranteed in every situation. Some factors are outside of our control, such as incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters or temporary issues with email providers and networks. To reduce the risk, keep your recipients’ details up to date and, when possible, let a trusted person know that messages exist.
No. WithLove.Family is not a substitute for a will, life insurance policy or any legal document. It is designed to deliver messages, memories, guidance and words of love, but it does not have the legal force of a notarized document. For inheritance, financial or insurance matters, you should always consult qualified professionals in your country.
Yes. Many users choose to use WithLove.Family to leave a kind of map of their practical and digital life: information about bank accounts, utilities, subscriptions, documents, social profiles and trusted professionals. We recommend handling especially sensitive data, such as passwords and codes, with extra care and combining them, if needed, with other offline safety measures.
The goal is to make access as simple as possible for your recipients. Usually they receive a message with a secure link or clear instructions that allow them to read what you prepared for them. Any costs are borne by the account holder who uses the service, not by the recipients. They are not required to pay or subscribe in order to view the messages.
Yes. As long as a message has not been delivered, you can edit or delete it at any time. You can change the text, update a video or audio file, modify the delivery date or change the recipient. WithLove.Family is meant to grow with you, so you can come back whenever you want and update your messages as your life and circumstances change.
You can contact support by using the dedicated form on the website or by writing to the email address listed in the Contact section. The team will do its best to reply as quickly as possible, typically within one or two business days, depending on the volume of requests.
The website and the main interface are available in Italian, English and Spanish. You can choose your preferred language from the menu. Of course, your messages can be written in any language, as long as they are understandable for the people who will receive them.
You can request account closure at any time from your settings or by contacting support. Closing the account stops the service and leads to the progressive deletion or anonymization of associated data, except for information that must be kept by law for administrative reasons. Before closing your account, we recommend checking whether you want to save any content offline for your personal use.
